Terms and Conditions
About these terms
This page sums up the main points of our Terms and Conditions, version 3.1, updated on 3 September 2026. The full English text is the version that applies, and we tell players before any new version takes effect.
Pledoo is owned by Momus2006 N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, and holds licence OGL/2024/550/0264 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older to open an account, and you are responsible for checking that online casino play is legal where you live. Our Terms list the United Kingdom among the territories whose residents may not use Pledoo, so real-money accounts from the United Kingdom are not accepted.
Your account
- Each player may hold one account only, registered in their own correct name and personal details. Bets placed from a duplicate account may be voided.
- Keep your password private. Nobody at Pledoo will ever ask you for it.
- We may ask for proof of identity, proof of address and details of your payment method, and we may limit an account while checks are running. Video verification may also be requested.
- If your address changes, e-mail our security team with a document showing the new address before you deposit or bet.
- An account with a real-money balance and no activity for twelve months is treated as idle, and a monthly maintenance fee of £20 may then be charged.
Deposits and withdrawals
Only payment methods issued in your own name by legal institutions can be used. Fuller account checks take place when you request a payout, and we cannot process withdrawals until verification is complete. Limits depend on the payment method you choose.
Bonuses
Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, maximum bet and duration, shown before you accept it. A first-deposit bonus is available once per player, and we may remove bonuses from accounts that misuse them.
Complaints
Contact support first and describe the issue clearly. Claims about a transaction must reach us within three months, and we handle complaints in English. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter further through the complaints service named in the full Terms.
