When you register and play, we store the details you give us, for example your name, home address, birth date, phone number and payment information. We also record visit sessions from your devices to improve the service, monitor fraud and tailor promotions.

• to meet our legal and regulatory duties, including checks against fraud and money laundering;

You can switch off marketing messages in the "My Details" area of your account. To opt back in, contact our support team.

Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Trusted partners and service providers may process data on our behalf, and we may disclose information where a law or regulator requires it, or to protect our players and enforce our Terms. If the business is merged or sold, we will tell customers before any transfer of personal data.
