Cool-off and self-exclusion

We offer a 24-hour stand-by period as well as 7-day, 30-day and 2-month restrictions. Longer time-outs are set by e-mail to our security team, which support can put you in touch with. Write to them directly, not as a forward or a copy, so the message does not end up in spam.

While a restriction is active you cannot play, deposit, withdraw or move money between accounts, and we stop sending you marketing e-mails. Before it starts, close any open games and log out.

Our support team can set blocks for up to one week. For a longer block, e-mail the security team with your name, mobile number, the reason and the period you want.

Outside help

Blocking software such as Betfilter and Gamblock can limit access to gambling sites. For advice and support, GamCare and Gambling Therapy are there to help. Parents can use filters such as Net Nanny and Cyber Patrol.

Under 18s

Gambling with us under the age of 18 is illegal. We may ask any player for ID and suspend an account until we receive it.
