Our Sportsbook Welcome Bonus is for new customers making their first deposit in the Sportsbook, with a minimum deposit of £20. It brings 3 × £10 No Risk Bet awards, and if a qualifying bet loses, the bonus covers it. Qualifying odds run from 1.6 to 3.0, wagering is x1, there is no maximum bet for this promotion and it lasts 7 days. Betradar provides the promotion. One Welcome Bonus is available per household, IP address, payment method or device. The bonus and its winnings must be used within the promotion time frame or unused funds are removed, and matched, hedge, risk-free or similar betting to exploit it leads to bonus removal and possible suspension.

Free Bets and bonus odds

Unless a promotion says otherwise, sportsbook bonuses need wagers at minimum odds of 1.60. Free Bets follow the same 1.6 to 3.0 odds window as the welcome offer and return net winnings only, without the stake, and unless stated otherwise their winnings or withdrawal are limited to 10 times the bonus. System, cashed-out, voided and virtual sports bets do not count towards wagering. Free Bets and bonuses remain our property, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw them.

Boost Accumulators

Build an accumulator with a minimum of 3 selections, each priced between 1.30 and 10.00, and we add a boost of up to 100% to your winnings. The boost starts at +5% for a 3-fold and climbs through +7.5%, +10%, +12.5%, +15%, +20%, +25%, +30%, +35%, +40%, +45%, +50%, +55%, +60%, +70%, +80% and +90% to +100% for a 20-fold. It works for pre-match and live selections without time limits and is added to the bet slip automatically. If a selection is settled at 1.00 as void, the boost is recalculated on the remaining selections. Only bets settled under our sportsbook rules qualify, and we may cancel boosts or exclude customers for abuse, fraud or manipulation.

How we accept and settle bets

We accept bets only via the official Pledoo website and mobile app, and a bet is valid once it is accepted and recorded in our system. Bets placed after an event starts are void unless they are live bets, and we may refuse any bet or part of a bet without giving a reason. Our odds are subject to change, but the odds confirmed when you place a bet apply. After a clear palpable odds error we may void the bet or settle it at the corrected odds, and technical or system errors can also make affected bets void.

When a tennis player retires, pre-match and live Match Winner bets are settled in favour of the player who advances to the next round. Outcomes already decided are settled as winners or losers, and undecided outcomes are voided with stakes refunded.

Cash Out

Where available, Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the event ends. Its value follows live odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake, and Cash Out is not guaranteed for every bet.

Fair betting

If we reasonably suspect insider information, collusion, arbitrage, multiple accounts or other fraud, related bets may be voided or cancelled with only the original stake refunded. Confirmed fraud can lead to account suspension or permanent closure. Betradar monitors arbitrage betting, which is prohibited. Its winnings are invalid and may be confiscated, with the account suspended. We also prohibit automated systems, bots, scripts, macros and third-party tools that give an unfair advantage, and detecting them can mean voided bets, withheld winnings and account closure without notice. We may cancel bets and grant refunds after unexpected events beyond our control, such as provider technical problems or issues with your internet connection or device, and we may void large bets used to exploit our offers.

Making a deposit

Log in, open the Cashier with the green + sign beneath your username, or on mobile open the bottom-left menu first. Choose a bonus or skip it, pick a method and an amount, then select Deposit.

Deposit rules

Our deposit options include debit cards, e-wallets, prepaid cards, vouchers and direct bank transfer. We do not accept cash cheques and may decline certain currencies or methods without giving a reason. Only lawfully issued methods that belong to you can be used. Deposit fees depend on the method and are shown before you pay. Funds become available after confirmation, which can take a variable time, and security checks may happen before or after a deposit. Chargebacks

If a payment provider reports a chargeback on a deposit that has already been played, we may block the account straight away without notice and deduct the chargeback plus a penalty of £150 for each chargeback.

Where your money goes

Withdrawals are possible via bank transfer or to the method used for your last deposit, and only to an account in the registered account holder's name. Bonus money, casino bonuses, funds miscarried in transactions and money from aborted or stuck games cannot be withdrawn. We will attempt to accommodate the method and currency you request, but we cannot guarantee them. How often you can withdraw

You can request up to two withdrawals per 24 hours, and the second request can be made only after the first has been processed. If deposits and withdrawals are repeated during a day, we may limit how often requests are made. Processing fees may apply and are shown during the withdrawal, and support can pass a request for a higher daily limit to administration.

Security checks

A single withdrawal above £1,000 or withdrawals totalling more than £2,000 start additional security checks, and we may check smaller payouts too. We can ask for a passport, proof of address, copies of payment cards and e-wallet or bank statements. Technical checks or a provider gameplay analysis may follow a win of more than 5000 times the bet, a win of at least £10,000, a balance of at least £50,000 at the withdrawal request, a maximum slot win or detection by our fraud system, and our fair-play protocol starts automatically for an irregular betting strategy. These checks can take up to 7 working days and we keep you informed.

Closing an unverified account with a balance does not end your identity verification duties, and we cannot pay out from it until verification is complete. If verification fails, we return only the last deposit, and only when it is not more than the active balance. More detailed account checks take place at payout, since payment systems cannot verify accounts before a deposit.

Turnover and fees

Minimum deposit turnover is x3 for slots, x6 for crash, fishing and dice, x6 for live games, x15 for blackjack and baccarat, and x1 for sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher. If you request a withdrawal before that turnover is met, we may charge a 15% fee, deducted when our finance team approves it. A fee of £25 may apply to each returned withdrawal caused by wrong bank or e-wallet details, a bank registered outside your country of residence or an attempted withdrawal to Revolut.

If we suspect deposits are made to use exchange fluctuations or incentives rather than to play, we may set withdrawal or account limits, fees and minimum wagering on deposits, and suspected fraud can mean a withdrawal is paid by direct bank transfer.

Who can join

One account, correct details

Moving house

Cool-off periods

We offer 24-hour stand-by periods and restrictions of 7 days, 30 days or 2 months. You can ask for a cool-off through support by e-mail or Live Chat, but support cannot set a block longer than a week. Anything longer is set by e-mailing our security department. For limit periods, the week starts on Monday, the day starts at 00:00 UTC and each month starts on its first day.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion closes your account or restricts betting and gaming for a minimum period of one day, and it cannot be lifted before the chosen period ends. To request it, e-mail our security department with your name, surname, mobile phone number, the reason and the time frame you want, and attach ID if the account is not verified. Send it directly, not as a forward or a copy, as it may otherwise land in spam, and contact support if no confirmation e-mail arrives. Before the period begins, close all tables and log out from your account.

While a block is active

During the period, games, deposits, withdrawals, inter-account transfers, verification and other account actions are unavailable, and marketing e-mails and newsletters stop. When it ends, contact our security department to start playing again. Closing an account does not allow you to open a new one.

Your balance

If a balance below your last deposit remains when a block is requested, we return it to your last payment method. If the balance is higher than the last deposit, winnings are cancelled and we send the last deposit back to that method.

Outside help
